One of the most important skills a student can learn is how to do research. This book helps a student understand what research is, the importance of accurate observation, first-, second- and third-hand data, fact versus opinion, and the use of references, including the internet.
The accompanying learning guide leads the student through the book, including many activities giving the student a chance to put into use what was just learned.
